I remember that I was excited when I first heard about the business of "Yaneiroha". I felt that the concept of the business could solve the problems many roofing work shops are facing today. "Yaneiroha" is not just a place to introduce roofing work shops to customers. Many reliable review assessments, and articles full of craftsmen's thoughts are posted. "Yaneiroha" has become a site where "real relationships" between customers and roofing work shops are built, which is essential for the shop to maintain their business in the future. I participated in the meeting as an intern student, and I learned many things including the strategy to realize Yaneiroha's aim systematically.
